Ideally positioned for walks to both the iconic north beach and long sandy expanse of the south. Boating trips available from the beautiful harbour, offering fishing, general coastal fun and even a visit to the monastery on nearby Caldey Island. Tenby is undoubtedly one of the most popular coastal towns in Wales, with cobbled streets, breath taking beaches and true seaside charm, with guests having an enduring love for the town of the little fishes since Victorian times. A host of other family attractions are a short drive away, such as Heatherton, Manor House Zoo, Folly Farm and Wales largest theme park, Oakwood. Historical landmarks such as Carew Castle and Pembroke Castle are also just a short drive away. Enter from the street into an internal hallway, which opens up into the lounge/diner with comfortable sofa and chair, feature fireplace and Smart TV. This a great space to relax and unwind after a day of enjoying the hustle and bustle of this central location. The dining area has a table and chairs and leads through to the contemporary kitchen, refurbished in 2019. This is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher and washing machine. Head upstairs from the lounge to the first floor where you will find the sleeping accommodation, which comprises a pretty double bedroom and a spacious family bedroom with a double bed and an additional bunk bed, making this a great option for both couples and families alike. There is a superb shower room that completed the accommodation, again refurbished in 2019, with a shower and WC. Outside there is a small, enclosed rear courtyard, which is ideal for keeping bikes and beach equipment. There is no parking, but you can unload the car outside the property before using one of the many nearby public car parks, often offering weekly tickets.
