The first floor comprises three bedrooms: a master bedroom with a kingsize bed and en-suite shower, a second bedroom with a zip and link kingsize bed that can be converted into twin beds upon request, and a third bedroom with twin beds. The main bathroom includes a shower over the bath and a heated towel rail, accessible from the second bedroom. Additional amenities include oil central heating, Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, and private parking for three cars, with an enclosed front courtyard providing outdoor seating. Family-friendly features like a travel cot, highchair, and stairgate are available upon request.

Penrhiw is situated on a working sheep farm and is semi-detached to a former cowshed, offering delightful rural views. Guests can enjoy the enclosed courtyard and may spot red kites being fed nearby. The interior is thoughtfully renovated, showcasing characterful stonework and comfortable furnishings. The nearby village of Llangeitho provides essential amenities, including a shop, café, and a friendly pub serving home-cooked meals.
