This contemporary dwelling is set on a hill, offering stunning distant views of Cardigan Bay. The property features an open-plan living area with exposed beams, a cozy living room equipped with an electric fire and a 36" Freeview TV, and a dining area that seamlessly connects to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and washing machine. The layout is designed for convenience, with all amenities situated on the ground floor.

Ty Nant consists of three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with twin beds, making it ideal for families or groups. The bathroom features a shower over the bath, along with a separate toilet for added privacy. The property is heated with Economy 7 heating, and guests will find bed linen and towels included in their stay. For families traveling with infants, a travel cot is available upon request. Outside, there is an enclosed patio with garden furniture and a BBQ area, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors while taking in the picturesque countryside views.

Located just over a mile from the traditional village of Llanon, guests can easily access a local beach, shop, pub, butchers, and fish and chip shop.
