There is a double bedroom with a balcony and furniture, a ground floor double bedroom, a family room with three single beds plus 2 roll out beds, a shower room, a ground floor bathroom, an open plan living area with kitchen with breakfast table (seats 4), dining area (seats 7) and sitting area with woodburner and there is also a utility room. Outside there is off road parking next to the property for two cars plus a parking area about 20 yards from the property, a veranda and balcony with furniture and on-site shared facilities (open all year round and at no further charge) which include an indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, hot tub, gym, two full-size snooker tables, table tennis, darts, all-weather tennis courts, crazy golf and a small football area. Clwyd 3 is a wonderful holiday base, with plenty of on-site facilities to keep everyone happy and entertained.

Sorry, no pets allowed anywhere on the park and no smoking. Community shop 1.5 miles, cafe selling basic items, restaurant and pub 3 mins walk. Note: There are steps up to property entrance.
