You ll enjoy ambling through the pretty town of Aberaeron with its variety of unique shops and boutiques and many delightful restaurants and cafes. Stroll around the harbour and enjoy a famous honey ice cream or delicious fish and chips and watch the boats or walk to the pebble beach. If you fancy an evening in, then make sure you pop by the harbour in the morning and pick up some fresh seafood for the BBQ. Take a stroll or cycle on the 3 km pathway along the old railway track to Llanerchareon a National Trust mansion with gardens and an organic working farm. Book a boat trip from the harbour or nearby New Quay where you can spot bottlenose dolphins and other local marine life. Further afield activities include Aberystwyth (16mls N) with its cable cars and railway. Stop off at Devils Bridge for some breath taking walking trails around the Hafod Estate. Enter this beautiful townhouse into a grand hallway which first leads you off to a period dining room with a traditional Welsh dresser and large oak table that seats eight. At the end of the hallway on the ground floor you will find a large well equipped kitchen which becomes the social heart of the home. It has a breakfast bar with four stools at one end which then leads off to a cosy snug room with three large armchairs. At the other end through large double doors, you can enter the spacious living room. The kitchen has everything to make your home from home stay comfortable, which includes an electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. A washing machine can be found in the utility room next to the downstairs WC. The elegant living room has a large Smart TV for your enjoyment and an electric wood burner effect fire for those cosy nights in. The snug at the back of the property also has a TV and is a great place to relax and enjoy your morning coffee. The first bedroom at the top of the stairs is the pretty master bedroom in soft pink and is a very tranquil place to relax and unwind. This room includes a dressing table, TV an armchair and a large en suite shower room with WC. The landing, which has a sofa and makes a great quiet spot for reading, takes you to the double bedroom and the twin room at the front of the property, both these rooms offer some sea views and are each equipped with TVs and en suite shower rooms with WC. Outside at the rear of the property, the large, enclosed patio area with lawn is a lovely suntrap and is equipped with an outdoor patio furniture set as well as an additional bistro set and charcoal BBQ.
