Region: The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Town: Situated on the east coast is the seaside town of Hornsea. The Victorian resort plays host to a sandy beach and a promenade with well-kept gardens. The town centre houses a good variety of small shops, pubs and cafes. Close by is Hornsea Mere which offers sailing, fishing and boat trips. Alternatively, Wassand Hall and walled gardens is close by, providing a delightful leisurely stroll.

Located in Hornsea, this cottage is in a rural area. Wassand Hall and St Mary's Church are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Honeysuckle Farm and Humberside Shooting Ground. Traveling with kids? Consider Treasure Island Mini Golf and Gala Bingo. Practice your golf swing on a nearby course, or enjoy other activities in the great outdoors, such as hiking and cycling in the area.
