Hosting seven bedrooms: a ground-floor king-size with an en-suite shower room, a first-floor king-size with freestanding bath, two king-size with en-suite shower room and two twins with en-suite shower rooms, sleeping a total of fourteen guests. There is a family bathroom and two ground-floor cloakrooms. Downstairs has an open-plan kitchen/diner, a utility, a sitting room and additional sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside has an enclosed lawned garden and patio area with furniture, as well as ample off-road parking. Hall Garth is a wonderful choice for a rural break to East Yorkshire.

You are ideally placed for accessing the coast for a plethora of watersporting activities, white sandy beaches, and even nearby golf courses.

Located in Beverley, this cottage is in a rural area and on a river.
