A former Victorian Granary and Railway Warehouse, The converted property offers the perfect retreat for large Family/friends and smaller Corporate groups.

Located on the edge of Burton Agnes Village, set in approx 2 acres, framed by the Burton Agnes Estate.

A superb base for enjoying the East and North Yorkshire Coastline, exploring the beautiful Yorkshire Wolds or to simply to relax and enjoy the country setting.

The light and airy dining room easily seat 18 with enough room to dance.
Its High ceiling displays the original beams and grain hatch detail, and oak spiral staircase leads to.
The Lounge, spans the upper floor of the original Granary, provides comfortable seating for 16. but we can squeeze 18 in.
large flat screen TV with sky full sky package. 5 spacious suites/bedrooms all with seating area and flat screen TV with free view. Unlimited Wi Fi is available. Enjoy the outdoor dining room and hot tub within the private courtyard.


Burton Agnes Station.: The house originally formed part of Burton Agnes Station The Tallest section of the property was the Grain Store, from where grain was loaded onto the railway carriages. Some of the original features are still apprent in the building.
The lower long building, now housing the bedrooms and bathrooms was originally the railway warehouse and workshops. The orginal beams feature in the Platinum and Britania Suites. Burton Agnes Station is no longer in service however the Bridlington to Hull two carriage, speed restricted service still passes twice an hour (peak time). Running between 6.40 am and 10.40 pm Guest should be assured the line is not accessible from the house or garden and been commented on as 'endearing rather intrusive' by our guests.

Located in Driffield, this vacation home is in a rural area and near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Bempton Cliffs and Hornsea Mere, while The Spa Bridlington and Bayle Museum are cultural highlights. Traveling with kids?
