This cosy cottage is located in a wonderful rural spot 5 miles from Wetherby. 12 miles Harrogate & york and 16 miles from Leeds
The lovely living areas and excellent location make it the perfect choice for a family get away or get together with friends. This beautifully refurbished cottage retains traditional character but also includes a host of modern comforts, making it an ideal home away from home. Please note we have 2 friendly dogs so guests must be animal lovers. However no dogs allowed to visit. Plus we have free range chickens a goose and 3 Shetland ponies.


As a self-catering cottage, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The cottage is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.


There is one bedroom in this cottage which contains a king size bed. On the landing / mezzanine their is a day bed with a pull out trundle which is suitable for 2 children. Please note the cottage has a stone floor on the ground floor and the stairs can be hard to navigate for very young children therefore we do not cater for children below the age of 5 years and above 15 years due to the sleeping arrangements.


There is one bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.


Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are on-site parking facilities available at the property.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.

This cottage is located in York. Tockwith Motor Sports Centre and Wetherby Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit York Dungeon and Yorkshire's Winter Wonderland.
