This duplex apartment offers spacious accommodation for five looking to enjoy the natural beauty of the rugged coastline that surround this property. With the delights of the Flamborough Headland Heritage coast nearby, this pet-friendly holiday home is within walking distance of a host of amenities including a well stocked convenience store, tea rooms and some great village pubs service real ales and traditional home cooked food and not to mention the property owners’ fish & chip shop next door!
Enter and take the stairs to the first floor, here you will find a spacious living room with deep filled sofas and a large Smart TV. The large picture window offers great views along the village street to Dog and Gun Square and floods the room with natural light. The wall mounted electric heater provides a warming ambience for the cooler winter months. The kitchen/diner can be found across the hall; the kitchen is well planned and offers a host of appliances. The dining table provides plenty of seating for five and is a great place to gather in a morning to enjoy a hearty Yorkshire breakfast. A small work desk sits to one side should you wish to check you emails whilst away. When evening calls take the stairs to the second floor and find two beautifully present bedrooms, a twin room with garden views and a large family room with double sleigh bed and additional single day bed. The accommodation is completed with a house shower room.
North Landing is delightful sandy cove and with caves waiting to be explored or walk round to South Landing where you can enjoy a game of golf at the local course, view the old and new Flamborough Lighthouses or enjoy the coastal path that hugs the towering chalk cliffs. Enjoy a day at RSPB Bemoton Cliffs and marvel at the Puffins that make this area their home during the summer months or drive a little South and explore the Spurn Point Nature Reserve. Wander the delights of Danes Dyke or enjoy the stately homes of Sewerby Hall and Gardens, Burton Agnes and Sledmere House. The thriving seaside towns of Bridlington and Filey are but a short drive along the coast. The unspoilt rolling hills of the Yorkshire Wolds are on the doorstep and the North York Moors National Park is also within travelling distance. The historic walled city of York and port town of Hull, both of which offer a plethora of visitor attractions are an hour’s drive away.
