The cottage also comes with a kitchen diner and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside is off road parking for three cars and a front and side lawn with furniture and a hot tub. A charming cottage in a beautiful location.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine & tumble dryer ( these are pay for use by meter) TV with Freeview, DVD, WIFI, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 3 cars. Rear and side lawn garden with furniture and a hot tub. One well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 minute walk. Note: Fishing pond available upon request.

It is a traditional village with cottages and houses as well as a butchers and bakery, two village pubs, a Post Office, Church of England Primary School and a village hall. Just a short drive away is the town of Withernsea which is most certainly worth a visit whilst you're in this area. Also close to Roos is the city of Hull, just a short drive away it is a lot different from Roos but is certainly worth a visit whilst you're in the area.
