Ground Floor
Beautifully furnished, it’s a very spacious, single storey property that has three bedrooms, with a double bedroom with king size bed which has an en-suite bathroom with shower over and two twin bedrooms, one of which has zip and link beds that can convert to a double. A cot and high chair can be made available for the use of guests but can this please be requested at the time of booking. Guests are requested to provide their own cot linens.
The living area is open plan with fabulous exposed beams. There is a well-equipped, stylish kitchen that has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, small freezer, dishwasher and a washing machine with integral dryer. The dining area is ideal for relaxing and enjoying meals and adjoins a large sitting room area with comfortable sofas, a book and film library and large Smart TV and DVD player.
The house bathroom is a joy and is very large. Beautifully done in limestone, with a large free-standing bath, two hand wash basins, shower, WC and bidet.
The Complex
The complex is gated and has a gravelled driveway and courtyard with parking, a pretty central fountain surrounded by flowering plants, plus a terrace outside the cottage where you can sit and enjoy al fresco meals, a morning cuppa or a night cap under the stars.
The pool is fabulous and there is a smart changing area for both males and females. The water is warm, you can sit and enjoy a good read on one of the loungers.

Note: Guests have complimentary shared use of the swimming pool (open between 8.30am and 6pm); the pool is 12m x 5m, the shallow end is 1.2m and the deep end is 1.8m (Please bring your own swimming towels). There is an all-weather tennis court, gym and a games room that has table tennis.
For larger groups, the neighbouring cottages are Hurdles (4 guests), Cartwheels (6 guests) and The Old Barn (8 guests).
Please note, this property requires a 7 day notice period for all bookings i.e. last minute bookings not available.
This property does not accept same sex groups e.g.hen or stag parties.
The swimming pool is closed during the winter months.
Town: Driffield is a busy market town set in the Yorkshire Wolds, with a lot on offer for its visitors. There are many pubs and cafes to choose from, providing quality food and drink from local suppliers.
Visitors can enjoy shopping for local produce at the weekly market, held in Driffield every Thursday, which is a very popular local event and there is also the yearly Driffield Show held at the Showground every summer.
This cottage is located in Driffield. Burton Agnes Hall and Sledmere House are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at North York Moors National Park and Hunmanby Sands.
