Broomfield House is a fabulous coastal 6 bedroom holiday home, with 4 bathrooms and 2 living rooms with open fires.
Located in Telscombe cliffs, a quiet suburb close to Brighton and Rottingdean and on the edge of the South Downs so great for ramblers and hikers.
It is the ideal choice for large family or group of friends up to 12 people visiting the Brighton area for a holiday or just a get together.
You'll have off road parking for 3/4 cars and free but limited on-street parking. (We do prefer a maximum of 4 cars please)
The beach is just a 5 minute walk away and you'll also find two pubsand 2 restaurants offering sea views, food and entertainment as well as the main bus stop.
There are a selection of local stores, an off licence , take-aways and restaurants including Thai, Turkish, Indian and burger & chicken bar/restaurant

You'll also be ideally located to access everything that Sussex itself has to offer such as ; Beachy Head, The Seven Sisters Country Park, Rottingdean village, London ,Lewes and Eastbourne
Not forgetting the host of independent shops, pubs and cafe in Brighton, the miles of beautiful coastline, our picturesque villages and of course the famous Brighton nightlife, and shopping!!
The beauty of this area is that London can be reached in under an hour by fast train links.
Enjoy nights out, quiet nights in, country walks, barbecues or sea side strolls it's up to you.
Buses run every 10 minutes from the end of the road and run till 3am over the weekends except Sundays
Brighton is approximately 15 minute by bus or driving and taxis cost approx £20 to £28 4/ 8 Seater one way.

GROUND FLOOR

BIG KITCHEN DINING ROOM: Fully equipped for a chef and 2 french doors to the garden with king size gas barbecue and seating for 12 outside too!
Flat screen tv in the kitchen as well.
5 burner gas top 2 electric ovens and 1 grill.
2 tall fridge freezers with 6 freezer drawers and 1 under counter fridge.
1 dishwasher and 1 washing machine. No tumble drier in the house but there is a clothes airer in the garden and 2 indoor free standing clothes airers [located up on the landing behind a cupboard]

LIVING ROOM 1: Sleeps 1 on 1 sofa bed , smart 65 inch TV & DVD; Plenty of DVDs and books are provided. Open fire.
OPEN PLAN LIVING ROOM 2:
TV & DVD player available here too. So no arguments about what to watch! French doors to patio. Open fire.
GROUND FLOOR BEDROOM 6: Triple bedroom with 3 x 3ft single beds built in wardrobe and shelves.
GROUND FLOOR BATHROOM with shower enclosure , basin and toilet. Black sparkly quartz tiles .

MASTER BEDROOM 1: Sleeps 2 with King Size bed
Decorated with zesty orange accessories. Flat screen tv. Own en-suite shower room with WC and basin
BEDROOM 2: Sleeps 2, zip and link Double bed, aubergine curtains and accessories, built in wardrobe and shelves
BEDROOM 3: Sleeps 1 with 3ft single bed , wardrobe and chest of drawers.
BEDROOM 4 Sleeps 2 , 4ft 6" Double bed, teal accessories and damask wallpaper, flat screen tv. En-suite shower and wash basin (no toilet) huge wardrobe and drawers.
BEDROOM 5 Sleeps 2, Twin bedroom with 2 x 3ft single beds,huge wardrobe and drawers.
FAMILY BATHROOM: Newly fitted with 'P' shaped bath, electric shower over, curved glass shower screen, wash basin and WC.
Sparkling wall & floor tiles adding that glamorous touch.
ELECTRIC CARS
Please note we do not have an electric car charger at the house so you would need to find one locally as plugging in to the inside of the house would likely overload the system and cause an outage.
PARKING
There is a high kerb to one end of the driveway so please be careful and go very slowly here unfortunately the council would not allow us to drop it.
WATER
We are on a meter so water usage would be limited to plant watering at this point in time.
MORE ABOUT THE LOCATION
There are steps in front of the Smugglers pub that take you down to one beach or if you walk in the other direction there is a ramp down to another beach and a promenade
Going towards Brighton and just over the hill is Saltdean that is the start of the promenade to Brighton Marina and the city you'll find a couple of pubs along the way and an outdoor heated Swimming pool as well .

Located in Peacehaven, this vacation home is near the beach. East Brighton Golf Club and Brighton Marina are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore South Downs National Park and Ditchling Common Country Park. Traveling with kids? Consider SEA LIFE Brighton and Brighton Pier. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
