☆The Seaside House ☆ Sleeps 9 ☆+3 Cot Beds ☆ Parking☆, Hove

East Sussex. Sleeps up to 13

Beautiful five-bedroom house over three floors situated on a quiet residential street, a stones throw from the sea, station, restaurants and bars of Hove, and a short ride to central Brighton. Free parking is available for one car throughout your stay.

This luxurious house is the perfect space for families or groups of friends to come and enjoy the area. With two super king beds, one king, one bunk bed and one single bedroom it can accommodate up to nine adults in 5* self-catering comfort. If necessary, the house can accommodate a further four infants/children as there are three travel cots, and additional children's bed available.

The space is a relaxing and peaceful home from home, with all mod cons - Nespresso coffee machine, Smart TV with Netflix, range cooker, large fridge and freezer. All the rooms have comfy beds, fresh new white linen and soft, white fluffy towels.

For the kids there is a selection of toys and other bits and pieces meaning families can travel light and enjoy your stay.

Guest access covers the following: Complete large terraced house with own entrance, sitting room/adjoining play area, kitchen with bi-fold doors leading onto decking and walled garden. 5 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, utilities. Hallway space for buggy.

Guest interaction: If you like, I would love to meet you personally at the end of your stay, and I'll be on the other end of the phone should you need me or any information about the house/area. I have a network of contacts locally so should you have an issue it will be resolved easily.

Parking: Parking is available on the street outside the house. This is restricted parking with visitor parking permits required costing £6/car/day, including weekends. We provide permits for one car for the duration of your stay free of charge, additional permits can be bought in advance of your arrival. Metered parking is also available at £1/hour on the street chargeable between 9am and 8pm. There is free parking about 20 min walk away, and on Sunday a couple streets away. If you’d like visitor parking permits, these must be paid for in advance via bank transfer.

The neighbourhood: This is fantastic neighbourhood for food-lovers with some of Brighton and Hove's top-rated restaurants minutes walk away.

The house itself is in the middle of a grid of four streets of Victorian Terraced houses which has two pubs, the highly rated craft beer & seafood gastro-pub - 'the Urchin' - around the corner, and 'the Foragers', a friendly local where there is always a space in the sun to enjoy a beer. Stephen Edwards, the Masterchef Professional winner, has set up 'Etch', a top-class restaurant just one street along. A short stroll gets you to the numerous boutique shops and artisan cafes of George Street or the buzz of the bars and restaurants on Church Road in Hove.

The beach is less than 10 mins walk, from where you can walk along the promenade all the way to Brighton (30 min stroll).

Co-op supermarket and a large Tesco supermarket are both a very short walk around the corner.

Getting around: Getting to Brighton is easy. There are a plethora of buses running all over Brighton and Hove from the end of our street, as well as from in front of the large Tesco supermarket.

Hove station, around 10 mins walk away, is one stop (4 mins) to Brighton.

Uber operates in Brighton/Hove, and the local company is competitively priced and very efficient. A taxi into Brighton should be under £10.

What recent guests have said about the Seaside House:

"Wow wow wow the photos do not do this place justice! This house is incredible in size, style and comfort. It housed 8 of us very comfortably and location is perfect for the sea front and going out in Brighton. The host was so efficient and quick to respond. All instruction were clear and photos were sent to help locate keys etc. 5/5 for this place and host!"

"A lovely venue. We visited as a family 5 adults and 1 toddler and the house was perfect for us. The living space was exactly what we needed and as advertised. Lots of toys to entertain the toddler. Enough space if the grand parents wanted a quiet moment. The house was clean and beds were comfy. There is a supermarket 5 min walk away and some great coffee shops not much further. Would definitely recommend."
