The Brighton Pavilion Gatehouse is capable of sleeping up to 32 guests all in single beds! We are located opposite the Pavilion, just a few minutes walk to the beach, pier and nightlife.

The house is priced on a per person basis, current prices based on up to 22. If your numbers are above 22 let us know and we can price things up for you.

We limit the amount of bedrooms opened if your numbers aren't full capacity.

Please make sure you select the correct number of guests attending before sending a booking request - we will always check guest numbers!

Situated opposite the Pavilion, you've got everything on your doorstep - the beach, Brighton Pier, the shops, the restaurants, the nightlife!
This property is ideal for large groups as it can sleep up to 32 and there are enough beds for 31 people to be in separate beds spread across 11 bedrooms. There are 7 bathrooms and the house has an enormous dining table to seat your whole group.
The house has been fully refurbished to a very high standard. Contemporary in design it offers a classy weekend in Brighton.

The bedrooms throughout the house follow the bright and fresh concepts, each room being light with large windows offering fabulous views of Brighton, the Brighton Dome and Royal Pavilion.
We have lots of flexibility with the bedrooms in the property. We can either have single room occupancy or for large groups we can add additional bunk beds to accommodate all the guests in single beds!
