A newly built modern architectural property which is formed around inspirational design, a home for the free-spirited traveller to relax and recharge their batteries.

These two beautifully presented studio apartments offer open-plan living spaces and compact kitchens with all you need to cook up a quick and easy supper or a slow lazy breakfast.

Both have Luxurious Kind-sized beds, Smart TVs with Freeview, and option for guests to login to their own Netflix account.
The polished marble en-suite bathrooms comprise of a walk-in shower, wash-hand basin, toilet, and heated towel rail.

The Malibu studio located on the ground floor leads out to a private patio with a Bistro style table & chairs and the Marlin studio has double fronted doors which fully open to create a balcony. Why not take a seat, relax, and soak up the evening sun with a refreshing glass of wine or a nice cold beer.

The beach access is just a two-minute walk from your front door.

Outside there is space for off road parking for two cars just in front of the sunken surfboards and the garage.

Your private front door has a key safe that allows you to come and go as you please.
