The main en-suite bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and built in wardrobe which also houses a washing machine and ironing board, as well as bed side tables. There is a wall mounted 32" LED smart screen TV, and DAB clock radio with a lighting dock connection.

Leading off this bedroom, is a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a wall mounted TV mirror, to allow you to watch TV while bathing.

The second bedroom also has a comfortable king bed which can be split into two single beds, for sharers, as well as a large fitted wardrobe with chest of drawers. Across the hallway, there is a luxurious separate shower room with a rainfall shower and a wall mounted TV mirror.

The flat is strictly a non smoking flat. In addition, the flat s not suitable for parties or any loud noise, as it is located in a small residential block.

There is on street parking available near the flat. You will need a daily permit for this, which we can supply for a small extra charge. The permit will allow you to park in a residents' bay, please note in high season bays may be limited.
