Dining area
You can use the breakfast bar with two stools while people are rustling up dinner or sit down at the dining table that comfortably seats four, with an additional two chairs placed at the end of the table to dine six.
Living area
The snug space is set up perfectly to sit back and watch the wall-mounted 42" smart TV. The grey sofa converts to a sofa bed for two. There is also an occasional armchair.
Bedroom 1
Bright, modern double bedroom with exposed brickwork, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, and ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 2
Two single beds with bedside tables and lamps and another ensuite bathroom. There is a slim pink wardrobe in the hallway.

Ensuite to the main bedroom, with a corner shower, sink with storage, WC and heated towel rail.

Ensuite to the twin bedroom, with a corner shower, sink with storage, WC and heated towel rail.

The tiled area along the apartment has two chairs and a table providing fresh air and space for alfresco moments.

Transport s excellent, with Hove station just over five minutes away, connecting to Brighton in five minutes, with around 123 trains per day. There are buses every five minutes running between Hove and Brighton, but it is also a lovely stroll walking along the seafront.
