Sussex Square is a spectacular 3 bedroom penthouse ''beside the seaside'' located in an exciting part of Brighton called Kemptown. It is moments away from the lively St. James's Street offering plenty of bars, clubs, cafes, quirky boutiques and antiques shops. Head to the sea front in less than two minutes and you will find stunning pebbled beach with turquoise sea water. Dive into great outdoor or indoor activities, attractions, shopping, nightlife and restaurants.

Sussex Square is located just seconds from the main seafront. In terms of location it really doesn’t get much better for easy access to the beach, which is seconds from the front door. You can take a walk along and you will discover Brighton Marina which is just a 5-10 minute walk. Here you will find Brighton’s harbour, where sailboats moor at the quay. It’s a chic shopping hub with fashion boutiques, galleries, and craft shops, plus casual eateries with terraces overlooking the water. Charter boats in the marina also offer fishing and diving trips, and a tour out to the wind farm.

Volk’s Electric Railway, opened in 1883, and shuttles between the marina and Brighton Pier.

You have the entire apartment to yourself, as well as a large roof terrace with ample seating for the duration of your stay. Why not sip a glass of wine and take in the rooftop views of Kemp Town.

Travelling by car : You can park for free 10 minute walk away on Whitehawk Way. We also recommend checking out a site call Just Park where you can locate private parking cheaper in the area for your stay.

Traveling by train : Taxi from Brighton station to the apartment will cost around £10, or you can walk which takes 30 minutes, or take a no 7 bus. You should get off the bus at the Marmalade cafe stop and the bus costs £1.40 each way. Or a number 27 bus and get off on madeira Drive at bottom of Sussex Square ( costs dependant on hour of arrival for Taxi fares ).

Due to the central location of the property you can travel by foot all around Brighton if you fancy! Busses run very frequently into Brighton and the surrounding areas too.

Guests can have access to Sussex Square/Kemptown garden enclosures exclusive for Sussex Square residents only. Please note there is £200 deposit required to cover for replacement of key if lost. Please let us know if you wish to access this.
