The Barn House is a recently converted 3 bedroom home with stunning views across gardens and farmland. The accommodation includes exclusive use of a large games room, natural swimming pond, hot tub and over 2 acres of outside space providing the perfect antidote to busy city living.

Situated in the grounds of a farm dating back to the 16th century. The Barn living space offers an open plan sitting room/dining room with log burner and wide comfy sofas. The modern kitchen comes fully equipped with oven, separate fridge and freezer, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker. There are two bathrooms in the property with toilets, shower and one with a bath.

The Barn House offers three individually designed bedrooms all with Egyptian cotton sheets;
Meadow - King size bed and en suite
Grassland - King size bed next to family bathroom
Woodland - Two to four single beds or can be set up as a super king. Please let us know how you would like the room set up. Please note we only take a maximum of 6 adults, the extra beds are for children only.

Towels and toiletries are provided.

Next door to the property is a large games room which houses a pool table, air hockey, table tennis and an arcade machine with hundreds of classic games (including double dragon and track and field.)
There are over 2 acres of outside space to enjoy including a natural swimming pond, several seating areas, BBQ area, several hammocks and swing chairs, great views, a couple of kid friendly dens to find and a family of chickens. Please help yourself to eggs for breakfast.

Located in Battle, this vacation home is in a rural area and on the waterfront. Phoenix Arts Centre and Hastings Museum and Art Gallery are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Battle Golf Club and Sedlescombe Golf Club.
