Spread over three floors, this spacious retreat offers generous living accommodation, making it an ideal choice for large families or groups. The property takes full advantage of the awe-inspiring panoramic views. To the right, you can gaze upon Eastbourne and the South Downs, while to the left, your eyes can wander as far as Hastings.
As you arrive, a garage awaits you, providing parking for one car, with additional space for two more vehicles on the forecourt. Beyond the double garage, discover a peaceful and spacious courtyard garden, complete with a wooden table, chairs, and a cozy bench—a perfect spot for enjoying privacy and the stunning sunset. Step through the front door, accessed via the courtyard garden, and you'll find a welcoming lobby and a utility room on the left, equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, and washing line. To the right, there is a comfortable bedroom with a triple sleeper bed and a convenient shower room and WC.
Ascend the stairs from the lobby to the main floor, which sits level with the beach itself. Here, you'll find a large open-plan sitting room boasting a corner sofa, TV, and breath-taking sea views. The dining area seamlessly blends with the lounge, leading to a newly fitted kitchen, fully equipped to cater to your culinary desires. The modern and contemporary style, combined with grey wood-effect flooring, creates a true seaside ambiance. Two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, grace this floor, along with a fully fitted family bathroom adjacent to the lounge area, complete with a bath/shower, hand wash basin, and WC.

The owner supplies a welcome starter of tea, coffee, sugar, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, kitchen roll, salt, pepper, oil, dishcloth, and pad. One bath towel per guest and an additional hand towel in each bathroom along with the first toilette roll & kitchen roll.
