Step into this beautifully presented beach house and experience a true sense of luxury throughout. Impeccably designed, it features a newly fitted kitchen, two modern bathrooms, and four impeccably decorated bedrooms.
Upon entering the ground floor entrance hall, you'll discover a separate utility room equipped with a washing machine and clothes airer. A serene double bedroom awaits, furnished with a king-sized bed, ample wardrobe space, and enchanting countryside views. Adjacent to this bedroom, you'll find a stylish ground floor shower room, complete with a walk-in shower cubicle, pedestal wash hand basin, and a lower-level WC.
The remaining living spaces are situated on the first floor. An impressive 19'1" x 10'8" lounge greets you, offering breathtaking sea views. Adjacent to the lounge, an expansive 23'8" x 8'3" second reception room beckons, featuring a dining table and chairs accommodating up to eight guests, with equally stunning sea views. The newly fitted midnight blue kitchen (April 2022) is fully equipped with a comprehensive range of utensils, plates, pots, and pans. It boasts a toaster, microwave, kettle, American fridge freezer, LAMONA five-ring electric hob, electric oven, and microwave. The open plan kitchen and dining area seamlessly flow into the spacious lounge, which features a 70-inch flat-screen TV, a large leather corner sofa, an additional lounge chair with a footrest, and a bar area with two raised bar stools. French doors open onto a magnificent two-tiered sundeck, offering spectacular sea views and direct access to a private beach. The sun deck is adorned with modern rattan furniture, including a table and chairs, as well as four sun loungers.
On this level, you'll also find three additional bedrooms. One offers a king-sized bed, another a double bed, and the third bedroom features two single beds. A travel cot is also available. All bedrooms provide ample storage facilities for clothes. An additional family shower room with a shower area, pedestal wash hand basin, and a low-level WC is conveniently located adjacent to one of the bedrooms.
At the front of the property, off-road parking is available for several cars. The mature garden is adorned with shrubs and plants, and a raised sun patio offers a peaceful rural outlook.
Pevensey Bay, renowned for its dog-friendly shingle beach, is a charming seaside resort, offering the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday. Please note that one small dog is permitted in the property; however, the stair gate must be used, and bedroom doors should remain closed to prevent the dog from accessing the beds.

For guests who may struggle with the internal 12 stairs there is a flat way into the property just a few houses down and along the beach which brings you into the back entrance. The majority of the house is then on one level. Please ask if you require any clarification on access or layout.
