Descend the spiral staircase to the basement kitchen, where the historic origins of the house come to life. Exposed original walls and a vaulted brick ceiling add a touch of charm to the fully equipped space, featuring an oven, gas hob, full-height fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and a selection of cookware and dinnerware. Adjacent to the kitchen is a separate dining area, graced by an inviting open brickwork fireplace.
Embrace the outdoors in the private rear courtyard, a tranquil oasis perfect for alfresco dining and basking in the evening sun. Fire up the charcoal BBQ and gather around the outdoor table with comfortable rattan chairs, creating cherished moments with loved ones.
The accommodation spans multiple floors, offering versatility and ample space for the whole family. The middle floor hosts a family bathroom and two bedrooms. The first bedroom boasts a double bed and a convenient wash hand basin, while the second bedroom delights younger guests with cosy bunk beds. Ascend to the top floor to discover two more bedrooms. If preferred, a pay and display car park is conveniently located opposite the house on Sea Road.
