The Space:
The ground floor open plan accommodation is bright and spacious. There is a fully fitted kitchen with integrated appliances including a fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven/hob and a Bosch Tassimo coffee machine. The living space is towards the back of the property and overlooks a small private courtyard. There is a sofa bed that can sleep 1 extra guest.
On the first floor of the property there is a good sized double bedroom and off from this, a quality bathroom comprising a wc, basin and shower over the bath. It has underfloor heating on the ground floor and radiators upstairs. Heating control is via a portable thermostat situated in the kitchen area.
The Neighborhood:
There is a Co-op and a Fireaway Pizza takeaway 2 minutes walk from the property.
There is a parade of local shops on Cherry Hinton Road including doctors' and dental surgeries, restaurants, pubs and takeaways.
Cherry Hinton Hall Gardens are also a short walk away.
The Addenbrooke's Campus is 5 minutes away by car or 20 minutes on foot.
The Cambridge Leisure Complex, which provides restaurants, a gym, a cinema and The Junction is about 15 minutes walk from the property.
Getting Around:
Bus to take to the city centre is the Citi 3 from the bus stop at the Co-op just across the road (2 minutes walk).
City Centre 2 miles, Addenbrooke's Hospital/Cambridge Biomedical Campus 1 mile, Mainline Railway Station (King's Cross and Liverpool Street lines) 1.5 miles, M11 (junction 11) 3 miles (distances are approximate).

For stays over 10 days, you are expected to have interim cleans/linen change (frequency to be agreed depending on length of stay) for an extra fee. This will have to be agreed in writing via messages before your check-in date. Should you decline this offer, at your check out date, if our clean team will have to spend longer than their contracted hours to bring the property back to its original condition, you will be liable for the additional charges.
This vacation home is located in Cambridge. RSPB Fowlmere Nature Reserve and Wicken Fen National Nature Reserve reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Mill Road and Scott Polar Research Institute. Cambridge Muslim Welfare Society and Sedgwick Museum of Earth Sciences are also worth visiting.
