As you enter the property you’ll step straight into the entrance hallway, noted due to its high ceiling and plenty of natural daylight, your main living area is upstairs where you will find a nice open plan kitchen/living room with sliding door access to your balcony. Sit and read, watch some TV or just kick back with a takeaway, a glass of wine or two and relax. Sea views are available from the balcony so feel free to soak up the sunshine from there or take advantage of the Oak Tree canopy and sit out in the garden, the choice is yours. The house benefits from plenty of natural light.
Secretseaview offers an ideal base to explore Mersea Island. Only 600 feet to the beach and the brightly coloured beach huts. Mersea Island is famous for its seafood, oysters and sailing but has so much more to offer. Walkers and cyclists alike will love the location and why not get out and explore one of the many tea rooms, coffee shops, pubs and restaurants. There are two beachside cafes, a park, a small shop (seasonal) and a bar serving food all within 5 minutes’ walk of the property. There are further amenities just over a mile away including a butchers, bakery and supermarkets. Cudmore Grove Country Park is situated a short distance away at East Mersea and is terrific for those who prefer green open spaces and quieter spots. Fancy getting out and exploring? Only 20 minutes away and you can find yourself in the historic city of Colchester or the market town of Maldon, both worth a visit. Beach 500 yards.
