The Space:
A newly refurbished period house with stunning interiors and open plan ground floor. The house comes with a fantastic fully equipped kitchen/breakfast room, a light spacious sitting room with TV, courtyard garden with purpose built covered bicycle storage, seating area and outside lighting, downstairs cloakroom, 2 comfortable double bedrooms (one with a Smart TV) and a shower bathroom. The house comes with high speed broadband wifi and ‘high quality fans are provided for hot weather.
Guest Access:
Guests have private and exclusive use of the whole house and will not be disturbed during their stay.

Located just a few steps from the popular Norfolk Street Bakery and Thrive Cafe and in close proximity to a handful of local pubs/cafes: The Alexandra Arms, The Cambridge Blue, Geldart, Hot Numbers.
The property is a 5 minute walk from Anglia Ruskin University.
On road parking available with Just Park App and overnight parking at Grafton East Parking.
Getting Around:
Situated in a popular residential and central location on Norfolk street, at the cross-section to Gwydir Street which is located off Mill Road, giving easy pedestrian access to the city centre, train station and the many amenities on Mill Road.
Other Things to Note:
Due to Noise complaints we have installed a noise monitor in the house. This is not a recording device, it is only a noise monitor and is an airbnb approved product called a'Minut'. Please kindly feel free to check it out online for further information.

The house is professionally managed so help is readily at hand if you need it.
