We appreciate the utmost respect for the house and garden space equally. No climbing the decking which has the Bonsai tree or interference of flower beds. Any damage to garden trees will need to be compensated as this is a huge Airbnb feature for our guests.

There will be a gardener who waters the back and front garden most mornings.

No parties allowed as It is a quiet and elderly neighbourhood.

Strictly no pets.

Chiminea can be used but must be monitored and put out after use.

We request that any WOOD used to burn indoors is REPLACED and replenished as you found it for the next user. We appreciate your courtesy. herts-firewood is a reliable source of purchase however happy for you to source from somewhere you’re happy with.

Guest access- Everywhere except the garage and the loft space.

Neighbourhood description- Quiet and elderly neighbourhood. Our home is on a private road and all neighbours are friendly.

Located in Hoddesdon, this vacation home is on a lake. The area's natural beauty can be seen at River Lee Country Park and Rye Meads Nature Reserve, while Artshed and Forty Hall & Estate are cultural highlights. Paradise Wildlife Park and Waltham Abbey Gardens are also worth visiting.
