Lynbrook Holiday rental is a 2 bedroom bungalow situated in a peaceful residential area of Frinton-on-Sea. It has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds) and additional sleeping for 2 people on the sofa-bed in the lounge. All bed linen is provided.
The lounge has a sofa, sofa bed, dining room table and chairs as well as a tv. The lounge leads out to the garden via patio doors onto a small patio with the rest being laid to lawn and not overlooked by neighbouring properties.
The kitchen has been refitted recently and includes cooker, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine , microwave as well as crockery, cutlery etc.
Bathroom includes bath and overhead shower spray
