The space
The property was fully refurbished to a very high standard to set up this accommodation.
This beautiful ground floor flat is on the corner of one of the roads leading down to the seafront (a minutes walk only). It has a new, immaculate, comfortable, warm feel to this bright space that is suitable for families, friends, co workers, contractors and business trips.

We have provided a pleasant comfortable stay to many people within this short space of time, including long term contractors, overseas visitors and NHS staff, who have needed comfortable accommodation whilst working at Southend university hospital (please see our reviews section to say what people are saying about our accommodation).

The apartment has a double bedroom which consists of two single beds and storage unit. This room has a Flat screen TV with built in DVD player and looks onto the court-yard garden. This bedroom is suitable and safe for children to share or adults alike, comprising very comfortable beds for you to relax and feel at home.

The double room also consists of a flat screen tv, storage space, dressing areas and room for a travel cot if needed. Again a bright, comfortable room with a standard size double bed designed with your comfort in mind.

The living room consists of a comfortable 3 seater sofa that can be converted into a sofa bed if required. This can also sleep 2 making the entire space comfortable for sleeping up to 6 adults and or children.

The living area has a table and chairs for 6 which can be used for dining and for working alike. We also provide a high chair when required.

A 42 inch flat screen tv, DVDs, Wii games console and games, books, board games & children's coloring book s etc can be provided for families. This is a modern bright living area but also warm and cosy in the winter. We have Blackout blinds for your comfort.

The brand new kitchen consists of a fan oven and gas stove, washing/dryer machine and fridge freezer.
Cooking utensils and dining facilities for adults and children provided.

The Brand new bathroom consists a bath for your comfort and ease of use with small children. It also has a modern shower. We provide hand towels and bath matts, however due to covid we ask guest to kindly bring their own towels to reduce risks to both yourselves and us. If this is not possible we can provide bath towels at an extra cost of £10 per stay. Please message us if this is required.

A baby bath, kids toilet facilities, toilet rolls and cleaning facilities for your convenience are also provided.

Guest access
the property is a 15 minute walk/ 5 minute drive from two central stations within southend on sea. Southend Central station and Southend Victoria.
there are bus services around the whole town and a bus stop can be found at the top of Pleasant road.

Due to council restrictions we are only able to supply 1 parking permit for 1 day. The parking in the street is for permit holders only between 9-6pm. We are able to provide further free parking for a small car but please message us regarding more information on this and we will provide you with photos to see if this parking space is suitable for you as an optional extra.
We take no responsibility for your vehicle or any costs occurred whilst choosing to use our free parking facilities.

We send parking information to guests in messages prior to arrival.
However all information on car parks within southend can be found at Southend on sea borough councils website.

Other things to note
We are happy to welcome family pets such as a Dog to the property upon request. As you can imagine we like to provide the highest standards possible while welcoming our furry family members also.

In order for us to do this we like to discuss this on an individual basis with each guest and we kindly ask for a further pet deposit and disclaimer to be signed when you arrive at the property. This is just to make sure that any damages caused by the pets staying in the property are covered in the case of any accidents etc and will be fully refunded at the end of your stay if all is well.
