The private, fully enclosed rear garden and patio area can be accessed via the conservatory and provides the perfect space to enjoy the sunshine and fresh, coastal air.
Crail harbour and the Fife Coastal Path is less than a minutes' walk away, as is the famous Lobster shack. Crail high street is just a minutes' walk away in the opposite direction, where you can find all the local shops, cafes, and restaurants. The historic town of St Andrews is a 15 minute, scenic drive along the coast.

Scottish Fisheries Museum and British Golf Museum are also worth visiting.
