The cottage is a single storey bungalow and all rooms are on the same floor (there is one step into the twin room). There is a lounge/diner, open plan kitchen, shower room with hand basin and WC, bedroom 1 (featuring a king size bed), bedroom 2 featuring twin single beds.
The cottage has a communal drying green (shared with the other cottages in Collier row) alongside the cottage to sit out on a sunny day and the property benefits from 2 dedicated off street parking spaces. Many walks radiate from Peat Inn into the surrounding countryside and access to the Fife coastal path and the Pilgrims way is very close by. There are also a number of quiet country roads radiating from Peat Inn for the keen cyclists.
The cottage is a great base to explore the East Neuk of Fife and its attractions, St Andrews is very close by and is the key attraction for most visiting the area, don't forget you can walk on the iconic Old Course on a Sunday when there are no tournaments being played. The cottage is also handy for the market town of Cupar which has lots of varied and interesting shops and eating places and also the East Neuk fishing villages such as Anstruther, Crail and Pittenweem.
If you are looking for a special meal Peat Inn is the home of the famous Michelin starred Peat Inn restaurant which is walking distance from the cottage. Further afield St Andrews features many eating and drinking choices from award winning fish and chips to fine dining and the East Neuk villages feature many options from farm shops to freshly caught and prepared sea food.
The nearest supermarket is 7 miles away in Cupar (Tescos) and St Andrews (Morrisons / Aldi) and the nearest pub is in Ceres (4.5 miles).

Located in Cupar, this cottage is in a rural area. Hill of Tarvit and Swilken Bridge are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at The Duke's St Andrews and Kingarrock Golf Course. British Golf Museum and St. Andrews Aquarium are also worth visiting.
