Honeybee Cottage is a delightful, beautifully styled home near the sea in the quaint fishing village of Cellardyke.
Upgraded to the highest of standards, the design and decor of this cottage is stunning throughout, making the most of the original features such as exposed stone walls whilst ensuring comfort and quality. Accommodating up to five guests, there are two king bedrooms and a single room. The cottage is laid out over three levels and is steps from the coastal path.
This traditional fisherman's cottage will delight guests with its charm and character from the minute you step inside. A bespoke stained glass feature welcomes you to the front door and in to the dining kitchen. The well equipped kitchen has a range style cooker and range of cookware and utensils for those who enjoy cooking. Gather around the table where the stone walls and lighting create a cosy, homely place from where to make your plans for the day ahead or enjoy some local produce. The lounge has comfortable sofas arranged around the wood burning stove- the perfect focal point for cosy nights in. On the first floor is a study/reading nook where you can catch up on emails or enjoy a good book. The indulgent bathroom with its free standing bath and separate shower is fresh and bright. The front facing king bedroom has a tasteful seashore theme. Just a few steps off the first level is the other king bedroom which has rich colour choices to create a relaxing retreat. On the second floor is the delightful single bedroom with dual aspect windows making this a bright, warm space.
Honeybee Cottage has been lovingly designed and equipped to offer the ultimate home from home experience with special touches throughout to create a luxurious and opulent experience for guests.
The coastal path runs directly in front of the cottage, with Cellardyke harbour and tidal pool just a few minute's walk to the East, and the harbourfront of Anstruther with its selection of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, gift shops and galleries just a five minute walk to the west. Just yards from the front door you can access the sea, and when the tide is out, onto the rocks and beach areas nearby.
The East Neuk of Fife is a popular holiday choice- whether you're after an active break where golf, watersports, outdoor swimming and coastal walks are on your to do list, fancy trying some of the amazing local larder at renowned restaurants, or simply enjoy amazing scenery with other destinations such as Edinburgh and St Andrews in easy reach, there is something on offer for everyone.

Anstruther Golf Club and Crail Golfing Society - Balcomie and Craighead Courses are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Scottish Fisheries Museum and La Petite Epicerie. Cambo Estate Gardens and British Golf Museum are also worth visiting.
