Playfair Terrace is renowned for being one of the most sought after locations in St Andrews, being only a 2 minutes' stroll from The Old Course, West Sands beach and the most popular bars and restaurants in town.

The primary bedroom has a huge, handmade comfortable bed which can be made in to either a superking or two single beds (zip and link), with a modern, en-suite shower room. There is ample storage space with two large walk-in closets and a cosy reading area by the fireplace. The second, separate bedroom on this floor is charm personified, with a bespoke Hypnos single bed in a cosy nook, which can be turned in to a king if required (please note, this bed cannot be made into twins and would be suited to a single occupant or couple), clever storage has been integrated to make this room feel spacious. There is a further master shower-room located on the basement level, with a large walk-in shower.

The 3rd bedroom, found on the first floor, is the largest of the three bedrooms, incredibly regal with a mix of original period features and contemporary decor, it is superlatively decorated.
This bedroom also offers flexible sleeping arrangements, with handmade zip and link beds which can be set as twins or a superking.

To the rear, the double, glass kitchen doors give you an indoor/outdoor feel and lead you to an immense private, walled garden. There are 3 eating areas in the garden. The main eating area is found outside the kitchen on the patio, with a large teak dining table seating up to 6 guests nestled beneath a large gazebo. There are two substantial patio heaters, making this the perfect spot for outside entertainment, no matter the time of year. There is a top of the range gas BBQ for guests to utilise, which sits beside the largest seating area. At the far end of the garden is a door to Gillespie Wynd, giving you easy access to The Scores, the Old Course and the Royal and Ancient clubhouse within a couple of minutes. Simply wander up the Wynd on the way back from a busy day on the courses or the beach, and you're home.

There is ample storage space throughout the property and outdoors, making it ideal for golfers requiring additional, secure storage space for clubs or families with a lot of beach luggage!
