Wonderful Georgian Manor house with 13 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms (4 Super King + 1 King + 5 doubles + 3 singles). Absolute privacy and exclusivity. We charge £2000 for one night for up to 16 people including breakfast. Further nights are £1600 per night. Dining room seats 16 in comfort but the house can sleep 23 and the dining-room fits 20 at a real squash!. Drawing room, log fire, large television room , large entrance hall. Oil central heating throughout. Beautifully decorated and furnished with antique furniture. Extensive grounds, walled garden, courtyard, a fantastic Games Room with billiard table and also ample parking. Fantastic views across secluded valley to Black Mountains. No air, noise or light pollution. Nearest village 1.5 miles with pub, shop & post office. Nearest train station 25 minutes. Nearest market town with good selection of shops and amenities 7 miles. Many good quality restaurants and pubs in the vicinity. Wonderful walking, fishing, golf, pony trekking all readily accessible. Cinema and leisure centre in local town. WiFi available throughout and Sky television. This is not a self-catering property. Breakfast is included in the rental and further meals are available on request for an extra cost. B & B is available per night without an use of the rest of the manor except for the dining- room. Rates £90 - £250 a night
