This apartment is one of four set in the heart of Talgarth, in the Brecon Beacons National Park. The apartment boasts a wonderful location, with an array of pubs, independent shops, and a restored watermill all within a short walk. It is the perfect choice if you're looking to enjoy a balance of relaxation and exploration, with a wealth of activities all within easy reach such as walking, mountain biking, kayaking and horse riding. A short drive away from the apartment you will find a selection of charming market towns including Crickhowell (12.5 miles), Brecon (9.5 miles) and Hay on Wye (8 miles), which is ever popular for being the town of books. The main entrance is communal with access to the apartment off the ground floor. As you open the front door you will enter a small lobby that s perfect for leaving your muddy boots and coats behind. From here you can step into the open plan living space; there is a cosy lounge, which is perfect for relaxing, and finished with a comfortable sofa (that can convert into a double sofa bed) and a Smart TV with Netflix, making this the perfect space to unwind and relax. There is also a compact dining area, to enjoy a meal together if you choose to eat in. From here you can access the kitchen which comes fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. Off a small hallway, you will find the shower room with a shower and WC. To complete the apartment, you will find the double bedroom that is open to the living space with lots of attention to detail and the perfect place to relax and enjoy a good night s rest. Roadside parking is subject to availability. However, there is a free, all year round public car park within a short walk of the property.
