Dolfan Barn Studio is a light and warm studio apartment in a well converted barn, perfect for a rural getaway for two. This delightful old cow barn has some very fine original oak beams. The studio is situated less than half a mile outside the small hamlet of Beulah with a very popular village pub The Trout; the name is indicative of the excellent local fishing on the Rivers Wye and Irfon. There is also a village shop/garage selling nearly everything. Wonderful walking, mountain bike trails, scenic drives around the Elan Valley, Abergwesyn Valley and amazing scenery in the very little known area of Mid Wales. The River Usk and Brecon Beacons are 30 minutes away.

The barn has a light pine wood panelled ceiling; there is a well equipped new kitchen with an electric oven and electric hob, an under counter fridge ,(there is access to a separate freezer if needed), a microwave and ample food preparation and cupboard space.

The barn has an open plan downstairs with a very spacious ground floor shower room with hand basin and toilet.

There is a comfy sofa that will also become a sofa bed if visitors are with a family. The oak flooring is fitted with efficient underfloor heating. There is also an original old green Rayburn that adds character to the barn and is in good working order. A good supply of logs is available for the Rayburn. TV with freesat.

Bedroom 1:
Upstairs to the bedroom mezzanine area with a king size bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Double high glass doors open out to a terrace with garden table and chairs beside the pond. The garden leads through to a large lawn and several acres of enclosed grounds - where the owner is happy for visitors to wander.
