Tyn y Cae will sleep 21 people and is in a great location, in the centre of The Brecon Beacons National Park. Located within five minutes easy walking distance of the ever popular Three Horse Shoes local pub, in the small hamlet of Groesffordd now awarded two AA Rosettes; the pub serves excellent food and ales.

This refurbished very spacious Victorian country house still contains many original features, it has been extremely well renovated to create a spacious and very comfortable self catering holiday house with the advantage of all the 21st century mod-cons. The house is only a mile to Brecon on footpaths or 2 miles by road. Well behaved pets are welcome.

Set in large gardens with wonderful mature trees, including a giant redwood. There is a focus on green credentials, with the inclusion of heat exchange systems, wood burning stoves, LED lighting and energy efficient appliances.

This large and imposing holiday house has been renovated to provide two excellent, fully equipped kitchens to make catering easier for a large number of people - there is ample space for everyone to be accommodated very comfortably.

Bedrooms: 2 King Size, 2 Family, 3 Double, 1 Twin, 1 Single (plus a couple of extra spare beds for exclusive use with plenty of dining space).

This large self catering house has an impressive entrance, complete with veranda, gives access, via a spacious porch, into a large hallway with arch and sweeping staircase.

A large dining room with sufficient seating for 21 people. A large deep window offers plenty of light and a great view of the front garden and surrounding countryside.

The main Sitting room, again is a spacious room with French doors out to the veranda. Comfortable sofas and chairs and an efficient wood burning stove, Flatscreen TV with Freesat and DVD make this a great room maybe for the "grownups" while the "youngsters" enjoy the 2nd living room.

The Second sitting room is a smaller and cosy room, with views and a door leading out to the garden. Well furnished with sofas and chairs, a wood burning stove and a Flat screen TV with Freesat and DVD.

Kitchen 1 can be found towards the back of the house and offers a well fitted and equipped kitchen able to cater for large numbers. A large Range Style cooker, an American Style fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher etc.

Kitchen 2 is also found at the back of the house, a spacious room equipped with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer and dining table and chairs.

Tyn y Cae has two utility rooms, both with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

As you may expect 2 main staircases lead up to the 9 bedrooms .

The Master Family Bedroom 1: A very large room with a King sized bed, "day bed" and space for an additional full sized single bed if required. An en-suite bathroom, with a shower over the bath, together with a Juliette Balcony with views over the surrounding fields, make this a great master bedroom.
