Set out on foot and follow the private lane down to the canal towpath, or take a stroll into the popular village of Talybont on Usk (1.5 miles). Here you will find pubs, a cafe, shop and restaurant for when you d rather not cook. The village and surrounding area also boast two rivers, a reservoir, hills, woodland and waterfalls, perfect for exploring. Enjoy a spot of kayaking or sailing on nearby Llangorse Lake (8.5 miles) or spend a family day on Cantref Adventure Farm (6.5 miles), home to indoor and outdoor play zones, animal shows and a horse riding centre. Reached via a private track and brimming with charm both inside and out, this delightful cottage, boasts chapel style windows, quarry tiles and an original fireplace. Cook and dine in the charming, bright and airy kitchen/diner, where you will find shaker style units, a Belfast sink, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and large farmhouse table.
