A beautifully restored unique and quaint Sunday School, set in the tiny hamlet of Traianglas with 4 or 5 cottages, a church and vicarage. Sunday House is just 2 miles down the country lane from Trecastle; sympathetically renovated with contemporary and stylish furnishings. The upstairs living area is the Old Sunday School room and the bedrooms are downstairs which were originally stables for visiting clergymen to stable their horses.

With lovely walks from the door, there is a footpath opposite leading through oak woodlands which are full of bluebells in spring and the lanes are white with cow parsley and valley is full of wild garlic. This cottage is perfectly situated for keen fishermen, just a short drive from the well stocked Usk reservoir. Great for visitors with mountain bikes with numerous trails in the area and there is an electric vehicle charge point available.

The house has been completely renovated to include all of the necessities that a family, walkers or cyclists may need. The contemporary, open plan kitchen/dining room is light and airy and includes a dishwasher, microwave, large fridge/freezer and electric cooker.

The spacious living room has retained wooden beams and has a lovely log fire, it has modern furnishings such as a large L-shaped sofa, flat screen Freesat TV and DVD.

This comfortable cottage also has an upstairs shower room with shower, toilet, handbasin and washing machine.

Bedroom 1: A twin room.

Bedroom 2: A large double bedroom, with extra sofa bed and TV/DVD.

The Bathroom: Has a bath with shower over, toilet and handbasin.
