This lovely holiday cottage just outside the village of Pontarddulais is set on the owner's land. The village has a small selection of shops and a couple of bars and restaurants for you to enjoy. Swansea city centre can be reached in just 11 miles with its huge array of shops, bars, restaurants and eateries as well as a large stretch of coastline and sandy beach. You can also explore the iconic Mumbles and enjoy an ice cream while walking the famous mile or head 18 miles to the Gower peninsula where you are truly spoilt for choice in terms of beaches and coastal walks. Enter the property via a charming lounge/diner; the lounge has a Smart TV and Xbox available for entertainment after a day of exploring, or you could just curl up on the sofa with a book and relax. The dining table seats everyone and is a great place to have a hearty breakfast while planning your day or get back to basics and spend quality time playing board games or cards together. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and microwave and all the crockery and utensils you need to produce a delicious meal or prepare a picnic for your family day out. The first of the bedroom is situated on the ground floor, a single bedroom with a desk available for computer or laptop space. Completing this floor is a bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Upstairs to the first floor, there are two further bedrooms to enjoy, the first bedroom has a double bed and ample storage for your clothes and belongings, while the second twin bedroom has two single beds. Outside in the garden, there's a seating area and charcoal BBQ so you can enjoy a meal alfresco on warm summer evenings. There is a large lawned area where the children and dogs can really blow off some steam. There is lots of space to run around, play garden games or kick a ball. There is a driveway to the front with space for up to three cars, which is shared with the main house. There is a single uneven country track to access the property, a possible hazard for low cars.
