Additionally, there is a separate toilet for convenience. The first floor contains three bedrooms: two with zip and link super kingsize beds that can be converted into twin beds upon request, and a third bedroom with a bunk bed, making it suitable for children or extra guests. A shower room with a cubicle and toilet completes the upper level.

The cottage is equipped with gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, and Wi-Fi, with towel hire available for a small fee. Guests can enjoy leisure activities in the games room, which includes a football table and dartboard, as well as secure storage for bikes. The outdoor area features an enclosed lawned garden with a patio, garden furniture, and a BBQ, perfect for summer evenings. On-road parking is available, and the property maintains a no-smoking policy while noting that there are two steps in the garden.
