Built beside the A40 and originally for workers at the nearby Penpont Estate, it has undergone extensive refurbishment to now offer comfortable family friendly accommodation. Behind the garden runs a brook - a tributary of the River Usk, with fishing available.

Brecon town just 7 miles away, offers the usual facilities of a small rural town - pubs, restaurants & shops. The Brecon and Monmouthshire Canal basin is just opposite the Theatre, with a locally owned cinema and a couple of supermarkets nearby.
