The Space:
We have recently renovated the entire apartment – bringing it back to the full of life, character and elegance you would expect in the West End.
Located on one of the best streets in the West End, you are stone’s throw away from Botanic Gardens, Great Western Road, Byres Road, etc. Most of all, you are at the center of culinary gems. This area is packed with some of the best restaurants in the city.
The property is set to a spacious open plan setting with exceptionally high ceilings and lots of natural light. A very comfortable sofa for those who would like a quite night in to enjoy the smart TV that comes with Netflix. Fully fitted modern kitchen with a 6 people dining table. High-speed WIFI throughout the property. Nespresso Coffee Machine and French Press. Vintage Bluetooth Speaker. Kitchen fully equipped with Swedish home appliances (Cooker, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer), Microwave, Toaster. The property has a powerful central heating system that warms all the rooms up very quickly.
Bedroom 1: Airy and calming Light grey interior with a Kingsize bed. There is a Blue Chest of Drawers for storage (the hairdryer is here)
Bedroom 2: A Soothing Navy bedroom that also comes with a Kingsize bed, a desk, and a huge fitted wardrobe.
Bathroom: Sparkly clean with a large bathtub, a decent shower, and ample space to change/move around.
Hallway: Full-length mirror, shoe rack and loads of coat hanging space!
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire property throughout their stay. All check-in details will be sent in advance via our electronic guidebook link.
The Neighborhood:
The apartment is situated in the heart of the West End and is minutes walk to the closest shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. Byres road is a few minutes walk and is a great hub for all things West-end. If you fancy some of Glasgow's best food and drink you are spoiled for choice as the famous Ashton Lane is only 5-10 minutes walk away. Have some top class food at Ubiquitous Chip or sample street-food style ramen at Ramen Dayo then wash it all down with a Guiness at Jinty McGinty's or a craft beer at the Innis and Gun bar. There is even a cinema located within the lane so there is definitely something for everyone.
Be sure to visit the closeby Kelvingrove Park and Botanical Gardens if you are blessed with good weather. Both park areas boast plenty of space for picnics, lovely walking paths and a green escape from the city's hustle and bustle. With views of the River Kelvin and Glasgow University's stunning ancient campus it is also a great spot for those looking to add a few instagram-worthy snaps to their collection too.
Getting Around:
The apartment is very close to two subway stations, Kelvinbridge and Hillhead, approx a 5-minute walk to Hillhead and 10 mins to Kelvinbrige. Numerous buses run on both Byres Road and Great Western Road. Uber is also a very handy way to get around the city with a cab cost less than £10 to the city centre. Glasgow International Airport is about 20 minutes by taxi and cost approximately £25.

We can arrange rental of a high chair and a travel cot if needed during your stay
Please be advised when selecting 1 or 2 guests we assume you will be using one bedroom. If you wish the second bedroom to be made up, it's not a problem, we just ask you select 3 guests
