To the ground floor, there are 2 bedrooms and a toilet. There are 3 ensuite bedrooms and a separate family bathroom upstairs. All the bedrooms are tastefully decorated in modern chic style, with beautiful linen and bed spreads. Smart TVs are also provided in each bedroom.
The property also benefits from a lovely garden space and two allocated parking spaces. There is also on street parking available.
The property can be accessed through a key safe located outside the house, therefore guests can check in anytime.

Guests have access to the whole space, which offers 5 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms with high pressure showers, spacious living room and open plan kitchen dining area.

Bristol city centre is only 15 minutes from the property and is a cheap taxi ride away. There are also regular buses available, the bus stop is a stone’s throw away from the house. This house is perfect for contractors, families or large quite groups visiting Bristol.
No stag and hen parties or loud groups please as we are in a quite residential area.

Please note that the allocated parking space is accessed via a narrow unpaved lane located to the rear of the property.
We just want to stress that the house is located on a quiet residential street, so it is not suitable for stags and hen parties or for groups that want to want to make large amounts of noise.
