On the ground floor you have a stylish open plan kitchen/dining room, a spacious sitting room with a roaring wood burner and a fabulous drawing room which looks out across the stunning wrap-around garden. Finished in a contemporary style, this wonderful dog friendly home overlooks the peaceful village of Naunton and is within six miles of both Bourton-on-the-Water and Stow-on-the-Wold.

The bedrooms in the eaves have some sloping ceilings, and as the property’s large lawn is on a slope, young children should be supervised outside at all times. In addition to this, the owner has politely requested that children do not climb on the dry-stone walls for their own safety
The smoke and CO detectors operate on a sound only basis and, therefore, those who have serious impairment of hearing may not be able to hear the alarm systems and could be at risk
No smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property

Things to Note...
The maximum occupancy for this property is 12 guests, if a mixture of adults and children, however adult only bookings are limited to a maximum occupancy of 8 adults. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 3 additional infants
Hen and Stag parties are not permitted, though other same sex groups can enquire
Events are not permitted without prior consent
A security deposit is required at this property
Check in is from 17:00 and check out is by 10:00
Hillside has a lovely garden for guests to enjoy and it is important to the owners that guests are courteous and considerate towards the neighbouring properties. We politely request that guests do not disturb the neighbours and that loud music is not played outside after 21:00
The garden is maintained by a professional gardening service every Wednesday. This work will be completed as quickly as possible and with as little disturbance as possible to guests
