A wonderful 19th century Cotswold farmhouse restyled for 21st century living in a setting to take your breath away. WiFi, Freeview, home cinema, log fires and a jacuzzi bath will tempt you as much as the big outdoors where you can laze in hammocks, BBQ till dawn or just enjoy your own private meadows and woods. For an additional charge, you can also enjoy our beautiful outdoor hot-tub which comes with ambient-lighting and music. Whatever you are planning, the farmhouse will help make it special.
There is an outdoor pizza oven and BBQ which is free for you to use. And the icing on the cake? All power and heating is generated from our own on-site renewable resources!
The Farmhouse is 500m from the nearest road with intervening woodland which makes it blissfully remote so you can be as quiet or as noisy as you like. Children and pets can run and explore to their heart’s content – as can grown-ups too! Overspill accommodation can be made available and caravans or camping is also possible (additional charges would apply). RAF Brize Norton airbase is about 3 miles away so some air traffic should be expected – and enjoyed too!
There is around 50 acres of meadows and woodland for you to explore! Dry-stone walled garden with pergola, patio, dining tables and chairs for 12 people. BBQ. Fields for football, cricket, boules, or whatever you fancy. Tree shaded areas near house and more extensive woodland 200m away. Simply stunning views that stretch for 20 miles to the south. Space for more cars than you could possibly bring!
