Whilst retaining plenty of the barns original features, this well thought out space have all the essentials for a short break in the Cotswolds. Located in the grounds of the owners home in the charming village of Cold Aston, you are moments from well regarded Cotswold towns like Bourton-on-the-Water and Stow-on-the-Wold.

First Floor
There is an external stone staircase leading to the first floor barn conversion
In the entrance hall there is hanging space for your coats and storage for your muddy boots, along with a cupboard storing an iron and ironing board
Kitchen
A modern well-equipped kitchen with electric oven with grill and four-ring hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and cafetiére
A combined washing machine/tumble dryer is also located in the kitchen
Bedroom (Sleeps 2)
A couple of steps down lead you into the bedroom with king size bed, two bedside tables with drawers and lamps, built-in cupboards with hangers, chair and hairdryer
Bathroom
Bath with detachable overhead shower, loo and basin
Living/dining room
Exposed Cotswold stone and wooden beams, two two-seater sofas, coffee table, Freeview TV and DVD player and a selection of books, DVDs and board games
Dining table which comfortably seats two guests
Outside
There is a small dedicated patio with table and seating for two guests to use during your stay which overlooks the owners private garden

The maximum occupancy for this property is 2 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 1 additional infant who is not yet walking
Regrettably, due to the steepness of the exterior steps, The Hayloft is not suitable for children
Hen, Stag and other same sex groups are not permitted
Commercial and work related bookings are not permitted
Events are not permitted without prior consent
