The Space:
You will have the whole property to yourself including a downstairs kitchenette with an electric hob kitchen (there is no oven), microwave and kettle to provide yourself hot drinks and light snacks. There is a downstairs bathroom with stand in shower. Upstairs is a studio living area and bedroom with a comfortable double bed and Smart TV.
Guest Access:
Access is via a grass track off Sheppard Road with off road parking for one vehicle. You will have the whole property to yourself. Self check in and out.
The Neighborhood:
Downend is a quiet suburb of Bristol which has a lot of tourist attractions including the famous Brunel Suspension Bridge and SS Great Britain. The property is close to Downend and Fishponds with local shops and nature walks a short distance away.
Getting Around:
There are bus routes close by that provide access to all areas of Bristol. It is approximately a 10 minute drive to the M32 which takes you out to the M4.
