The lounge with TV/DVD has comfortable seating finished with a contemporary style and colourful soft furnishings, sit back and watch a movie. The kitchen is situated to the rear of the room and is well equipped with electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine, and for dining a table for four. There are also two bedrooms on this floor one double and one twin (which can be made into a twin on request) along with a bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Step out onto your private enclosed garden, the views are simply stunning, there is a table and chairs and charcoal BBQ for summer dining. There is off road parking for two cars.
