Upstairs is a very large main bedroom, with oak wooden floors and comfy arm chairs.There are doorways leading to smaller second bedroom and bathroom with an iron roll top bath. The second bedroom contains bunk beds and is suited to 2 young (well behaved!) children under 10 years old ( under 30kg and five foot 5 for lower bunk)

Two sets of French windows open directly from the main bedroom onto an external balcony with completely uninterrupted 180 degree views of Cranham Common and stunning Painswick valley.

Downstairs is a flag stone floored (with under floor heating) open plan living room and kitchen. Two sets of French windows open onto the patio and garden, south facing and with the same fantastic panoramic views. There is a wood burner should you wish extra heat, and complimentary logs.

The barn has a built in Sonos speaker system so that you can play your own music, radio etc from your chosen device throughout the house. There is a selection of board games, DVD player and numerous DVDs.

A lawned garden area and stone terrace with table and chairs has been set aside for the exclusive use of the barn's guests. There is ample room for parking of vehicles as well as secure space in outbuildings for bicycles etc. We could even accommodate your horses with ample warning in the farm stables!

The property backs on to the ancient Buckholt beech woods. There are miles of beautiful walks immediately from the doorstep and a quintessential country pub within 5 minutes stroll. We are 200m from the Cotswold way.
